Across all three report types, Forvex follows a consistent research approach. The primary difference is in scope — how many names are covered, how many categories are searched, and how many review meetings are included. The process, quality standards, and documentation format remain the same.

Brand Name Search Information Report
A research report compiled from public registers and open commercial databases, providing a structured snapshot of identical and visually similar marks for a single proposed brand name within a specified set of business categories. Delivered as a written PDF summary with reference appendices. Useful as an early information layer for the client's internal review and onward conversation with their qualified advisors.

Portfolio-Level Brand Research Engagement
A consulting-style research engagement supporting an organisation that wants to map its brand naming landscape across multiple business categories or markets. Includes scoping interviews, structured research across public registers, comparative analysis, and a written report with portfolio-level observations. Engagement spans roughly six weeks with two milestone meetings. Output is intended as input for the client's internal planning and discussions with qualified advisors.

Every report includes a scope and limitations section that clearly states what the research covers, what it does not address, and how findings are intended to be used.
